Once you do, invite your friends. If they like it, they'll tell other friends and word will just spread. Just remember, as long as the site's running, it isn't complete. When you do think you're ready, google.com has a link at the bottom of their page to get you listed. once you fill out the form, "spiders" will scan your site (scan not access, it won't count as a view) and within a week or 2, it will start to show up on google search engines. From what I can tell from your site, you're just another WikiHow or eHow site. I don't think you'll ever be popular with your current model.
