Did changing hosting providers affect the SEO effort and rankings of a site?
I gone for a free hosting company and they have suspended my account saying my account quota is over.I am now going for another free hosting provider for 1month and then change over.My question is,will it be a problem if I keep changing hosting providers for the SEO and ranking of my site?

Does it have an established client base? If an SEO firm is good, clients will flock to it automatically. Does it use black hat techniques? Black hat techniques stand for unethical ways of performing SEO.
