About SEO.. Only Main Page is Cached. Why?
Hi,
I have a small website http:\\dreams-central.com that is hosted on 110mb.com..
It has some 7 to 8 pages, and all the pages have the same content in the first cell.
Can this be the reason why other pages are not being reflected even with the site command?

The main reason why you have no other pages indexed in Google is because you have no links that point to your main website, or deep pages.
You can check to see your backlinks using Yahoo Site Explorer
https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=www.dreams-central.com&y=Explore+URL&fr=sfp
After building some links your site should be indexed.
Some other tips
• Sign up for Google Webmaster Tools
• Submit a Google/Yahoo/MSN sitemap
• Add Google Analytics to the site to track visitors

Need help drafting a website business plan?
I am going to start a web 2.0 site and I am currently working on the business plan. How do I go about figuring the:
1) projected traffic (I can find similiar sites current traffic, but not their traffic starting off).
2) revenue (I can figure a break even model, but don’t know how to project potential revenue)
3) target users (I assume early adapters and tech saavy people probably 14 – 34 – but don’t know how to go about researching this).
4) Not sure how much monthly hosting fees or a SEO consultant would be.
Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated!

i am making a web site but i keep going off of my original plan
in thinking that doing this first or that after this will work in t he long run so i guess i am looking for a game plan
what to do what order to do it
create all pages then optimize them create and optimize one page @ a time
submit pages now or when complete

Off the top of my head, I would recommend you look to do the following.
1. Determine what you site is about, pick a topic and stick to it.
2. Create content.
3. Create content
4. Once content is complete decide on a navigation style and begin to organize your content into those navigational categories.
5. Once you have create a sitemap of content pages and your navigation is complete you can decide how to make the site "look and feel".
6. Visit http://www.oswd.org/designs/browse/ and pick out a CSS compliant layout that is close to how you would like your site to look. Download and save those templates files.
7. Create your index page using the template.
8. Seperate the header and footer off of the content section of the index page. You will use this as the common header and footer files for all interior pages.
9. Create individual pages of content and implement navigation.
10. Publish your site to your web space.
11. Create a google and yahoo sitemap.xml and sitemap.txt file, respectively.
12. Submit each sitemap to google/yahoo
13. Place ads in top positions of the page, sparingly or you will see decreased click through. If using google adsense choose the largest text ad style possible. Blend the ads into your content.
14. Once the ads are placed google and yahoo will IMMEDIATELY, withing 5 minutes, crawl and index your website so that they can provide content accurate advertisments.
15. Track performance using google analytics and goals/funneling.
There is a lot left to learn and implement, but these are the basic steps, in a nutshell. I do this for a living and would be happy to assist you should you decide you need further assistance.

How can one track Search Engine Optimization SEO work of a site and what kind of tools are needed?
Just like google annalytic that provides ranking of a website and daily/monthly progress report in terms of traffic/visitors to the site; what are other tools available so that I would be able to track the traffic????

however, google analytics and regular analytic software can be used to monitor your SEO performance. Look over time from when you started optimizing the site to now. Is there an increase in daily traffic? What keywords are people using to find your site? Are they coming from the search engines or from referrals?
Monitoring your back links also is a good performance metric.
domain-pop.com is decent but there are a lot out there as well.
